But, you still want to ensure the feasibility of the project and get an architects input before you sign on the line…

In 60 minutes, we’ll review the existing floor plan and photos (via Rightmove or Zoopla), discuss your vision for the property, and explore how it could be brought to life.

  • A concept sketch delivered with 48 hours of the call*

  • A bulleted list of additional ideas, considerations, potential watchouts and unexpected costs, to ensure to your decision is fully informed

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been to see your dream home, have big plans for a renovation but want an architect to confirm it can be achieved.

  • You’re all in on in the renovation, but budgets are tight and you’d love an architect’s input, without fully engaging them in the project.

  • You need an answer quickly because the property market is moving fast.

If following the feasibility session you choose to appoint JAA to lead the project, the cost of the feasibility session will be discounted from the total fee.

*Price includes x1 floor. Additional levels will be charged at £100 per floor.
